INTERNSHIPS AVAILABLE:

1. SALES INTERN

[Job Description] – TeamLeader’s sales intern will be responsible for, or involved in, all aspects of the sales process. The sales intern will be introduced to processes such as lead generation, cold calling, creating proposals and managing accounts. This internship role will require an extremely ambitious and confident candidate who is able to think creatively about sales opportunities while being fearless when approaching sales leads.

Interns have the opportunity to network and make a variety of exciting and useful contacts at TeamLeader. Creativity, new ideas, and opinions are always welcome.

[Job Requirements and Skills Needed]

  • Able to work a minimum of 15 hours per week.
  • Self-Motivated – ability to be focused and get the job done in a family oriented, fast paced environment.
  • People skills – able to aggressively and tactfully talk with businesses and encourage them to spend money with TeamLeader.
  • Deep understanding of the TeamLeader product – how and why it’s effective.
  • Candidate should ideally be looking to fill a college credit requirement. This is negotiable, but candidate will have to prove ability to take on such an important role if not-seeking credit.

[Responsibilities]

  • Develop basic understanding of sales process (Finding Leads, Creating proposals, Generating Recaps, Working with Clients, and Lead Generation)
  • Find creative opportunities for brands to work with TeamLeader
  • Compile a weekly list of leads w/ links to website, social media, and contact info
  • Additional various tasks – running errands, helping out in the TeamLeader office, etc etc.

2. SOCIAL MEDIA INTERN

[Job Description] TeamLeader’s design and social media intern will be responsible for contributing to TeamLeader’s voice across a variety of social media platforms as well as aesthetically. This entails designing share images, and helping to build TeamLeader’s following across the many platforms. The intern will also be responsible for a variety of design tasks that arise frequently. Creative, self-motivated individuals that are able to think outside of the box and present their own ideas will excel.

Interns have the opportunity to network and make a variety of exciting and useful contacts at TeamLeader. Creativity, new ideas and opinions are always welcome.

[Job Requirements and Skills Needed]

  • Able to work a minimum of 15 hours per week.
  • Some marketing experience or prior coursework.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Confident, creative thinker – ability to speak up and contribute in a team environment.
  • Prior awareness of TeamLeader, and familiar with our outlets (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Newsletter, Etc)
  • Strong understanding of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc with current, active profiles on each.
  • Strong, proven creative-writing skills.
  • Self-Motivated – ability to be focused and get the job done in a family oriented, fast paced environment.
  • Candidate should ideally be looking to fill a college credit requirement. This is negotiable, but candidate will have to prove ability to take on such an important role if not-seeking credit.

[Responsibilities]

  • Compose social media posts for giveaways and other promotions to be scheduled out by CM
  • Design images and share posts to go with social media posts
  • Produce inventive ideas to solve various marketing needs and take on tasks as they arise
  • Additional various tasks – running errands, misc design, etc.

3. APPAREL DESIGN INTERN

[Job Description] TeamLeader’s apparel design intern will be responsible for contributing design sketches for current and potential TeamLeader customers. The intern will also be responsible for a variety of design tasks that arise frequently. Creative, self-motivated individuals that are able to think outside of the box and present their own ideas will excel.

Interns have the opportunity to network and make a variety of exciting and useful contacts at TeamLeader. Creativity, new ideas and opinions are always welcome.

[Job Requirements and Skills Needed]

  • Able to work a minimum of 15 hours per week.

  • Create unique and innovative uniforms, warm ups, practice wear, t-shirt designs, etc
  • Create Design Sketches
  • Communicate with the sales team and design team
  • Collaborate with the design team and other interns on future designs and products for TeamLeader
  • Additional various tasks – running errands, misc design, etc.
